Latvia trip...
From Riga, Latvia in Photos
My friend Renars from Latvia who I met six years ago for the first time invited me to his country.
He owns two Skate/Surf/Snow/Kite shops in Riga, he's a cool dude and he showed me a good time there.
There was a Festival called the Ride It Summer Jam, Iron Man was the Kiteboarding part of this festival which had Jams for Skateboarders, BMX and Wakeboarding. It was fun to be at Jurmala (Dubulti beach) to see how the sports are going in Latvia.
Too bad there was no wind for the weekend, but we went wakeboarding on Renars B'day which was a lot of fun.
I brought two of my good friends from Holland to chill and see what i'm doing. The way to Latvia we had like a four hour delay which was not cool!
But it was fun and i'm sure i'll be back in Latvia.
Check some pics if you want :)
Peace! Thanks to Renars and crew... http://www.aloha.lv/

I really didn't know what to expect from a country like that.
I arrived in Kiev, got in a ten hour car drive with Alexander to the South.
We arrived at the place where a cool festival/event was set-up.
All the people set-up their tents on the beach and just camped there for the weekend!
Every evening there was a band playing and at day there was a Red Bull DJ spinning some decent tunes.
So I came there to do a demo, wind came up quite good and I gave a nice show with about 300 people watching. I love it when a crowd is watching, you just go mad and ride with a lot of energy.
I got really good feedback from the people and they loved the kiting…Not many people spoke English but I had a good time just feeling the good vibe.
Some good looking chicks as well, dammn…
Thank to all for showing me a good time in your country.
Peace!
After Ukraine I went on a little holiday with my friend Max who works for Mystic.
The PKRA competition was on, so it was good to catch up with a couple of the guys again.
Aaron did a good job and I’m glad he came in first, epic riding! ☺ Way forward!
Some good parties go down every year in the Karpa tent, just no comment!
After a few days of chilling home and wakeboarding a bit, I fly out to Latvia.
Renars, the Slingshot importer invited me for a demo and hang-out!
This is what they wrote about the competition which will be part of the big Ride Summer Festival in Latvia…The competition Iron Man will be exciting not only for participants, but also for audience, because kiteboard freestyle icon Ruben Len10 is coming to Latvia to demonstrate a show. Recently Ruben won the Triple S Invitational, which is a competition between the best riders in the world. Before competition starts, there will be a press conference with Ruben Len10. Anyone, who is interested in talking to a kiteboard global star, is very welcome to Dubulti beach on 9th of August.
So yeah I’ll let you know how it goes!
Peace and take care. Enjoy life, cause that’s what it’s for!

What a trip!!!
From Airport, USA in Photos
Sitting on the airport right now on my way back to Amsterdam, always good to go home...Moving into my new apartment will be great! Got some party lined up with my homies, time to chill...
My trip here in the USA was insane, had so much fun and been chilling with such a mellow people. Cheers for the good vibes everyone...
Like i had some work to do with Slingshot, finishing up the Slingshot LEN10 Freestyle Collection.
Slingshot gave me the great opportunity to be madly involved with the design and development of the new Lunacy boards, the new killer Fuel and a new LEN10 pro-bar.
The boards rock, i love the feel of em and they are super durable...They come in the sizes 129, 132 and the 135. Now everyone can get away with riding this awesome board. Wide tips which means great pop and a single concave in there for softer feel on the landings.
The new Fuel is insane, i had some huuuge loops in the gorge...We've been testing around with some new profiles and shapes, after testing a couple prototypes we came to the thing i wanted.
Super direct feel on the four line pro-bar, smoothest turning, good power and a bit of depower...But people who choose this kite, will have to ride hard! Promise?!
The bar is just kept simple and durable, i like it simple...No messing around with too much shit on the bar! 800pound lines should hold in any kind of conditions.
So we had to shoot new photos on the new gear, we had some cool shots which will be published in the magazines worldwide...
Also we set-up some rails with an awesome crew, the local crew in Hood River put out some rails and a kicker. One day there even came a sick limo with a rail on top...So we were hitting that thing pretty hard.
It was fun hanging with the boys like Sleezy, Chucktown's mr. Blair, Dre, Ian, Dylan, Joby and all those guys...
We even went snowboarding up mt. Hood 2 days, soooo much fun!
So yeah now it's time to go home, chill a bit and then Dubai for a couple days.
Peace out everyone, rock that shit!
